The delivery fee is a charge you pay to the restaurant or a delivery partner for each delivery. EzyEat collects delivery fee on behalf of the restaurant or delivery partner when you make the order. Each delivery charge is clearly displayed before you order. Order from same restaurant is considered as one delivery fee and charged to your order.

For most meals you order through EzyEat, you’ll be able to add special instructions to let restaurants know about any modifications you may need however, we highly recommend you call the restaurant to ensure they are able to meet your modification requirements and fully understand your needs.
